Send what applies to you. Photos or scans are fine if every page is readable. PDF is best.
Required
- Your mortgage pre-approval letter, if you have one
- The first page of your most recent statement for each monthly debt (car, student loan, credit cards)
- Your most recent pay stub (one per person on the loan)
Helpful, not required
- The listing or offer for a home you are looking at
- Your credit scores, if you know them
- A short note: your target price range, the monthly payment you are comfortable with, and the amount you have saved for down payment and closing costs (a number, not a bank statement)
Before you upload
- Cover your full Social Security number and full bank account numbers. We do not need them.
- For savings, type the amount in a note. Do not upload bank statements for this service.
- Your files go to a private, protected folder. Only we can open them.
