Keep an expert in your corner. A 30 minute one-on-one each month to answer questions as your purchase or refinance moves forward.

Send what applies to you. Photos or scans are fine if every page is readable. PDF is best.
When you start
- Your most recent mortgage statement, or your current Loan Estimate if you are buying
- A short note: your goal and your top three questions
Before each monthly call
- Anything new from your lender or title company since last time
- Your list of questions
Before you upload
- Cover your full Social Security number and full bank account numbers. We do not need them.
- Billing: monthly. Cancel terms to be confirmed before launch.
- Your files go to a private, protected folder. Only we can open them.
Step 3: Get our advice
We hold a 30 minute call each month and send you a short written summary of what we covered and what to do next.
