Step 2: Upload exactly these documents
Send what applies to you. Photos or scans are fine if every page is readable. PDF is best.
Required, for each of the two offers
- The Loan Estimate or written offer, every page
- The rate lock confirmation, if you locked
- The lender's fee sheet, if separate
Required, for you
- A short note: purchase price or home value, loan amount, and how long you plan to keep the home or the loan
If you are refinancing
- Your most recent mortgage statement
Helpful, not required
- Your credit scores, if a lender gave them to you
- Estimated yearly property tax and homeowners insurance
Before you upload
- Cover your full Social Security number and full bank account numbers. We do not need them.
- Name each file with the lender's name (for example: LenderA-Loan-Estimate.pdf) so we do not mix up the two offers.
- Your files go to a private, protected folder. Only we can open them.
Step 3: Get our advice
We review what you sent and give you a clear, written summary of what we see and what you can do about it.
